Beginners
Confidence & Safety
For those who never swum before or have a fear of deep water. We start right at the beginning, creating a safe, calm environment to help you relax and trust the water.
Focus Areas:
- Overcoming water anxiety & fear
- Correct breathing (Bubbles & Submersion)
- Floating & regaining standing position
- Basic kicking & propulsion
Foundations
Biomechanical Support
For those who can already swim but feel exhausted after a lap or struggle with technique. This stream is purely focused on biomechanics, efficiency, and building a sustainable stroke.
Focus Areas:
- Body position & drag reduction
- Breathing timing & effortless rotation
- Efficient arm mechanics (Catch & Pull)
- Building endurance through technique

Real progress takes time. We ask for an 8-week block to ensure you cover the full curriculum.
- Small Group Sizes (Max 6)
Plenty of 1-on-1 attention and feedback from your coach.

When you book, we ask about your confidence level to place you in the absolute best stream for your success.
