We understand that every swimmer starts from a different place. That is why we have split our program into two distinct streams to ensure you get the specific support you need—whether that is overcoming fear or refining biomechanics.
Absolute Beginners
Confidence & Safety
For those who have never swum before or have a fear of deep water. We start right at the beginning, creating a safe, calm environment to help you relax and trust the water.
Focus Areas:
- Overcoming water anxiety & fear
- Correct breathing (Bubbles & Submersion)
- Floating & regaining standing position
- Basic kicking & propulsion
Foundations
Biomechanical Support
For those who can already swim but feel exhausted after a lap or struggle with technique. This stream is purely focused on biomechanics, efficiency, and building a sustainable stroke.
Focus Areas:
- Body position & drag reduction
- Breathing timing & effortless rotation
- Efficient arm mechanics (Catch & Pull)
- Building endurance through technique

Real progress takes time. We ask for an 8-week block to ensure you cover the full curriculum.
