Morning Fitness
Mon & Wed @ 5:30 AM
Start your day with high-energy sessions designed to build aerobic capacity, threshold speed, and race-day endurance. Perfect for triathletes and open water swimmers looking to build their engine.
Expect:
- Continuous swimming sets (1.5km - 3km)
- Interval training & pace work
- Heart rate focused sets
Evening Technique
Tue & Thu @ 6:30 PM
Slow down to speed up. These sessions strip back the stroke to focus on drag reduction, catch mechanics, and efficiency. Ideal for those plateauing in speed or returning to the pool.
Expect:
- Drill-heavy focus
- Video feedback snippets
- Short bursts of speed work
