Terms of Service

I understand that fees paid to Precision Swimming cover coaching and tuition only. Entry to the facility (pool admission) is NOT included and must be paid separately to the venue upon arrival.

Swimming is an active sport. By joining, I acknowledge inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation.

I confirm I am medically fit for high-intensity swimming and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions in my profile.

I agree to respect coaches, follow lane etiquette, and maintain Precision Swimming as a positive space.

To the full extent permitted by law, I agree that Flynn Winstanley (trading as Precision Swimming) is not liable for personal injury, death, or loss, including injury caused by negligence. I release and indemnify the business against all claims.

Memberships are billed fortnightly; the Starter Pass is a one-time payment. Cancellations must be made via the Dashboard prior to the next payment. No refunds for partial periods.
